As a valued NOVAflowers consumer, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final. Given that flowers are perishable natural products, there are no provisions for refunds or returns.

NOVAflowers is dedicated to providing personalized and exceptional service to each and every customer with the freshest flowers possible. At our boutique, we take pride in collaborating with Mother Nature, and while we strive to ensure the longevity of our flowers, some factors are beyond our control. Many elements can influence their lifespan, from the hardiness of different flower varieties to the temperature of their new surroundings and the care they receive once they leave our workspace. We understand how important it is for you to enjoy your blooms, which is why we have a caring 48-hour established policy that guarantees a replacement if your flowers don't stay fresh as they should. A replacement is possible with a completed customer service request by email to novaflowers.ca@gmail.com with photographs of the flowers attached.

Cancellation policy

To provide you with the best service possible, at NOVAflowers you can cancel your order one day before the delivery date. You can request a full refund or store credit for future purchases. If cancellation is needed on the same day as delivery, we can offer store credit if your order hasn't been prepared yet. If the order has been made, cancellation is not possible.
